Our desire has always been to allow sharing information between Snowpro users. Wth the new save format we are please to announce we have entered in to an agreement with Avert Online Snow Science Systems to allow our snow profile data to be synchronized with their web based online management systems.
Avert Online Snow Science Systems is a combination of products and services to manage your avalanche data, backcountry business for ski guides or tour operators. Mobile and online products allow gathering and sharing of snow, weather and avalanche observations.
Currently we are able to manually import and export Snowpro (*.PRX) files into their system. We are currently doing work to allow the synchronization via the internet to take place automatically without human intervention. This will be available in next release.
