Snowpro Plus+ is constantly being improved to address user requests and fix minor problems. The Annual Support Plan allows you to obtain assistance when any questions or problems occur. It also allows you to obtain downloads of maintenance upgrades of the software.

The Snowpro Plus+ software comes with a free unlimited 60 day (from purchase date) Technical Support to assist you with installation and questions.Once this period is over, you may purchase the Annual Support Plan. This provides you with:

  • 5 support calls per year 
  • Email notification of upgrades
  • Download from our web site of all Snowpro Plus+ Maintenance Release Upgrades (MRU). 
  • Discounts on new Major Releases
The annual period runs for 12 months from date of purchase.

Note! Maintenance Upgrades do not include Major Software Upgrades of Snowpro Plus+ software.
