All versions of Snowpro and Snowpro Plus+ have come with a detailed printed User Manual since we started selling the software in 1994.
We recognize that we have to continue to move along with the industry trend which is to provide the user with the best value possible and still make a reasonable return for our business. The printed User Manuals have been discontinued as we have run out of stock of the current issue.
The production and shipping costs for the User Manuals is significant higher than previously and in order to continue use of them would require a large increase in the price of Snowpro Plus+.
Instead we will now continue with our Web Download delivery method which has in the last few years been used by over 75% of purchasers as the software is less expensive and there is no shipping cost. This has been the industry trend delivery method and we have decided to stay with it.
The full User Manual is still included in Adobe PDF format with the software installation.
The purchaser is authorized to print one copy of the manual if required to support their installation.
The Web Download version of Snowpro is C$40 less expensive than the version with the User Manual and has no shipping charge. An installation CD-ROM is still available if required.
